Is the in-home consultation free?
Yes. We come to your home or office anywhere in metro Atlanta to measure your windows, show you designer samples, and advise on the best window treatment for your rooms - at no cost to you.
How long do custom window treatments take?
Every product is custom-made for your windows. Blinds typically take 12–14 business days, shades 12–22 business days, shutters 4.5–6 weeks, and drapery 12–20 business days.
Do you provide installation?
Yes. We use insured, bonded contract installers with 25+ years of experience, and we guarantee the installation for life. Self-install is also an option.
What warranty is included?
Every product comes with a lifetime warranty directly from the manufacturer. Motors are warranted for 5 years, and we handle all warranty matters - including shipping - for as long as you own the product.
Do you offer motorized window coverings?
Yes. Motorization is great for hard-to-reach windows, and lets you automate your shades from your phone - even while you're away.
